The Grothkopp Group is characterized by a cross-sector view. One of our core tasks is the joint development of primarily real estate projects with private investors. Both long-term investments and short-term commitments are designed. The group takes on the project management and organization between purchase, financing and sale.
The name Grothkopp Group stands for partnerships that have grown out of history with a number of well-known family businesses to us. The focus of our projects is on the regional markets in Northern Germany and is specifically supplemented by European growth markets such as Gdansk, Poland.
